Memory Rush ("we," "our," or "us") provides custom photo magnets made-to-order and shipped within the United States. These Terms apply to all site visitors, customers, and users of the site.

2. Custom Product Orders

All magnets are made-to-order using customer-submitted photos and text. By placing an order, you confirm:

  • That you have the rights or permission to use the photo(s) you upload

  • That you reviewed and approved your design before submitting your order

  • That all spelling, dates, and content are correct

We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted images or text.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue products at any time without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Ground services to U.S. addresses only

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The item differs significantly from what was ordered

  • The item is not delivered

To request a replacement or store credit, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site—including the logo, design, layout, text, and images—is the property of Memory Rush and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • You retain ownership of photos you upload but grant us a limited license to use them solely for fulfilling your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memory Rush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

8. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle personal information.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
