Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective Date: 07 August 2025

At Memory Rush, all of our products are custom-made to order, which means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind or customer error.

No Returns on Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our magnets, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is significantly different from what was ordered

  • The item is not delivered

Reporting a Problem

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the following:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Your order number

Email us at memoryrushmagnets@gmail.com and we’ll review your case promptly.

What Happens Next

If we determine there was an error on our part (e.g., production or shipping issue), we may offer:

  • A free replacement, OR

  • A store credit for use on a future order

We reserve the right to deny requests that fall outside our policy or result from customer-submitted errors (e.g., blurry or low-resolution images, typos, incorrect addresses).

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that uploaded photos are clear and properly formatted

  • Checking spelling, dates, and other personalized text

  • Providing an accurate shipping address

We print exactly what is submitted and cannot edit photos or correct spelling.
